UK Mainland Service:

FREE                                          STANDARD DELIVERY  3 to 5 working days, from collection date(see below)

Collection is from the date the Card company informs us of payment.

PLEASE NOTE: As soon a purchase is made on the site, you would get a confirmation from our site. Since we do not hold any data, the card details are processed by the Secure Company(Sage Pay) and after it is approved, we get a notification to send the goods. 

So be aware that the collection date is from that date and not from the site email of confirmation!!

Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands

UK delivery

Deliveries in the UK , Northern Ireland and UK Off-Mainland  are usually made between 7:00am and 8:00pm Monday to Friday, depending on the service selected.

We use Parcel Force, Hermes, TNT City Link, Yodel, UPS for the delivery of the parcels.

Please note, we do not send parcels containing Glass on Fridays and sometimes on Thursdays as they could be damaged in transit and at the Parcel company's depot's and send them on Monday instead. However if you want us to send them, we would send them at your request and Goldline will not be responsible for any damage. 

All small parcels like Wall Brackets and DVD Mounts will be sent by Hermes and the delivery timeis 3 to 5 working days after collection.
