We hope you like our products and enjoy them. However, there may be times when you have changed your mind and decide to return it.
At Goldline we have a hassle free 'Returns policy'. If you want to return it within 7 days of reciept of the goods we will reimburse you the full amount, including the postage expense we have incured in sending it you. But as part of the Goldline commitment you can still return the package after a further 7 days, that is 14 days from the recipt of your goods. As with any returns policy you will have to pay for the postage on the return (inbound postage).
The package has to either have not been opened or packed as in original condition and in its original package with all its padding as when arrived. If the package is damaged additional charges could be deducted for repackaging. Any damage to the goods could also deducted.
We work closely with our manufacturers and ensure there are no faults and defects. In the unlikely event of there being a problem, please email us immediately or call us. If possible send us pictures of the problem and we will replace these parts asap. Please note we will not accept returns as the product is faulty, you need to inform of us of the fault and we will replace that part. If there is defect or fault that cannot be corrected, Goldine will pay for the parcel even on the inbound shipping and refund you the full amount.
We make sure the glass is packed very carefully and is resistant to normal shipping / transit activities. If there is damage to the glass we will replace the glass only within 48hrs period. After this period if you need an extra glass we can send it to you at an extra cost, so please check all the parts are as described.
Goldine cannot accept return of any goods once the product is fitted or assembled.
We have always been reviewed as 'excellent' for service and we intend to keep it up
Please note: products bought in a discount together will be adjusted to individual cost if one of them is returned.e.g: 2 products of £60 each bought together=£120. Promotion products price= £100 (together). If one is returned, the return would be calculated at individual prices. The cost of the first product is £60,would be deducted before any payments and additional cost may beincurred in postage costs. Either way the products should be in unused condition to be able to sell as new.
