Hi,

I’ve still not received any communication from you with regards to my order despite emails and phone calls (and high have not been picked up). I am yet to get clarification on when my order is to be delivered and I am concerned that I may not receive this in time for some work I am having done, which needs the shelf for it to be completed.

I would appreciate a response quickly or I will have to contact my credit card company to action a chargeback. I hope it doesn’t come to this and hope that you appreciate my concerns.

If you can advise ASAP on what the current state of when I can expect delivery that would be appreciated. Please let me know if you have any questions in relation to my feedback.
